WHAT'S NEW?

This week your PTA dollars helped pay for the DJ, pizza and decorations for Fright Night. Thanks to donations from parents, the students were also treated to many fabulous sweet treats! Your donations help support FREE events like Fright Night, so thank you!

Another big THANK YOU to 75 Morton teacher, Cristine Maisano, for organizing a fun day at the New York Botanical Garden for our families.

WHAT'S NOW!

Halloween Candy Drive

Monday, November 4 - Friday, November 8

We are collecting post-Halloween candy for Soldiers' Angels, an organization that helps support veterans, wounded heroes, deployed service members, and their families. Have your child drop off any extra candy in the collection boxes in the school lobby. You can also drop off candy at the Parent-Bungalow conferences.

School Closed - Election Day

Tuesday, November 5

Parent-Bungalow Conferences

Wednesday, November 6 - Thursday, November 7

Meet with your student's core teachers as a group. Additional conferences on Monday mornings were added to help accommodate families' schedules.

If you haven't already, please click HERE to book your conference (password: wf7eb). Please note that you will have one 4-minute conference with all of your student's teachers together (not individual meetings with each teacher, so come prepared with questions!)

Remember, Wednesday, November 6th MY afterschool programming ends at 4:35pm. Thursday, November 7th is a half-day. All students will be dismissed at 11:30am. There is no out-lunch or afterschool program on this day.

Friday, November 8, 8:45-10am | Cafeteria

Join us for the second Java of the school year: Social Media/Digital Citizenship with Michelle Lipkin, Executive Director of The National Association of Media Literacy. You don't want to miss this one.

Friendsgiving Pie & Cider Open House

Friday, November 22, 4-6:30pm | Cafeteria

Join us for our yummiest community event - Friendsgiving Pie & Cider Open House! Bring the whole family, meet new friends, and enjoy some yummy pie and cider. This is a FREE event so we rely on the generosity of the 75 Morton community.

Click HERE to RSVP, volunteer and/or donate a pie!

We need volunteers and pie/cider donations. Want to donate a pie but don't have the time? You can purchase a pie or cider (or both) and we will place the order for you. It's easy as pie! Best part, all leftover pies and cider will be donated to a local soup kitchen so no food will go to waste.
